Designer and historian Jane Young’s walking tours return for London Design Festival 2013. Join Jane and NYC-London curator Charlene Lam of Creative Clerkenwell as we explore the city’s creative past and present.

Spend less time navigating and more time getting inspired as we explore Shoreditch and Clerkenwell, putting the highlights of the London Design Festival in the context of the areas’ artisan and traditional creative industries.

Shoreditch Walking Tours

Shoreditch: Creative Past and Present
Thu 19th Sept, 5-7pm’
Incorporating highlights of the Shoreditch Design Triangle, a wander through the streets that once housed slums and the artisan trade, and now play host to design studios and galleries. Book now.

Shoreditch: Architecture and Artisans
Sat 21st Sept, 12-2pm
Exploring the transition from nineteenth century slum to current-day design district, as told through the area’s buildings and streets. Overlaps with Open House London. Book now.
